How your order travels from Sialkot
We ship wholesale orders worldwide from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan. Because every order differs in volume, weight and destination, shipping is quoted order by order rather than with a fixed rate.
Shipping cost and method
When you request a quote, tell us your destination country (and postcode if possible). Our quote then states the shipping method, the cost and what it includes. For larger orders we can discuss the most economical option for your volume.
Lead times
Lead time depends on the products, the quantities and whether the items are ready or made to order, especially for private label. The lead time is confirmed in your quote; any date we give is an estimate that we keep you informed about.
Packaging
Knives are packed to travel safely, individually or as sets as shown on each product page (some come in wooden boxes or with a leather case). Custom or private-label packaging is available on request.
Customs, duties and knife regulations
- Import duties, taxes and customs formalities in the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless your quote says otherwise.
- Rules on importing, selling and carrying knives vary from country to country (blade types, length, age limits). As the importer, please check that the products you order may be imported and sold in your market.
Orders from Pakistan
Visitors in Pakistan can order with the "Buy via WhatsApp" button on each product. Delivery within Pakistan is arranged with you directly on WhatsApp.
On receipt
Please check your goods when they arrive and report any damage, missing item or difference from your order as soon as possible, with photos, by WhatsApp or email. We will look at each case with you and agree on a solution.
