Table sets and oyster knives under one roof
This section brings together two very different products, so start by deciding which customer you are serving.
- Table Knife Sets: 30 sets of six or twelve pieces with 11.5 cm blades in 420 stainless steel and 12 cm handles, each in a wooden case.
- Oyster Knives: nine short, rigid shuckers with handles from 8.5 to 11 cm, the longest reaching 21.5 cm overall.
For table sets, the handle decides the customer. Black horn, white bone and two-tone horn and bone suit formal dining and wedding lists; acacia, teak and walnut feel warmer and more relaxed; dyed woods in blue, red and charcoal are for gift shops; all-steel sets suit restaurants. Sets that include a sharpening steel justify a higher shelf price. The Two-Tone Horn & Bone Handle Table Knife Set shows both natural materials in a single case.
Oyster knives sell by the dozen to fishmongers and restaurants, and at retail around festive seafood meals. A shop building a range of Pakistan cutlery can begin with three table sets in contrasting handles and two oyster knives, one compact and one long.
