Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Pakistan Knives Factory, 148/C Fatimah Jinnah Road, Sialkot Industrial Area, 51310 Sialkot, Pakistan, through this website, WhatsApp or email. Where a written quote or order confirmation says something different, the quote or confirmation applies.

1. Products and photos

Photos show typical examples. Natural materials such as wood, horn and bone, and the pattern of Damascus steel, vary from piece to piece, so no two knives are exactly alike. Dimensions and weights are given in good faith and may vary slightly.

2. Prices

Prices shown on the website are unit prices, indicative, in US dollars (in Pakistani rupees for visitors in Pakistan). Wholesale rates fall with quantity and depend on size and material; the price that applies is the one in your written quote. Shipping, import duties and taxes are not included unless the quote says so.

3. Quotes and orders

Adding products to a quote request on the website, or sending us a list, is a request for a quote, not a binding order. An order is confirmed once we have confirmed it to you in writing (email or WhatsApp). Minimum quantities depend on the product and are stated in the quote.

4. Payment

Payment terms (method, deposit and balance) are set out in each quote and order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Shipping method, cost and estimated lead time are given in the quote. See our shipping & delivery page for how shipping, packaging and customs work.

6. Inspection and claims

Please inspect the goods on receipt and tell us as soon as possible, with photos, about any damage, defect or difference from your order. We will review each claim with you and agree on a replacement, credit or other solution.

7. Private label

When you ask us to apply a brand, logo or text to products or packaging, you confirm that you hold the rights to use it.

8. Laws on knives

Knives are regulated differently from one country to another. Buyers are responsible for checking that the products they order may be imported, sold, carried and used in their market, including any age restrictions.

9. Use of the products

Knives are sharp tools. They must be used, stored and carried with care, out of the reach of children, and only for lawful purposes.
