Questions & answers

Blade steel, spacers and price

What is the tactical knife price in Pakistan for this dagger?

The price per piece, leather case included, appears in rupees at the top of this page for visitors in Pakistan. Shops ordering several pay a lower unit rate as the quantity grows; WhatsApp or email us your numbers for a quote.

Is the blade Damascus steel?

No. Although it sits in our Damascus fixed-blade family, this model has a 16.3 cm stainless steel blade, which needs less upkeep and resists moisture well. The decoration is in the handle instead: white bone, red and black spacers and brass fittings. It suits buyers who want knives from Pakistan with low-maintenance blades.

What do the red and black spacers do?

They are thin layers set between the bone and the brass. Mostly they are decorative, adding bands of colour that set this handle apart from plain-bone models, and they also give the joint a neat, finished line.

Pro tip

Wear cotton gloves when setting up the display

Bone and brass both pick up fingerprints, and on a white handle they show as grey smudges within days. When placing this dagger made in Pakistan in a cabinet, wear thin cotton gloves, wipe the stainless blade with a soft cloth, and set it on a stand that keeps the bone off the shelf. A monthly wipe keeps it looking new.

How to use

Taking it out of the leather case, and back in

  1. Hold the leather case by its body, below the opening, never across the mouth where the blade comes out.
  2. Grip the bone handle and draw the 16.3 cm blade out in line with the case, without twisting, so the edge does not catch the stitching.
  3. When you have finished, check that the blade is clean and dry; a tactical knife from Pakistan with a stainless blade still should not be put away wet.
  4. Guide the tip into the case slowly, edge away from your hand, and push it home until it seats fully.
  5. Store the cased knife on a high shelf or in a locked drawer, out of children's reach.
