Questions & answers

Single-slot thrower in brief

Is the price of this stainless knife shown in Pakistani rupees?

US$2.60 per piece (PKR 1,228 for buyers in Pakistan). From 50 pieces the price drops to US$1.82 per piece. For a larger order, send us the quantity on WhatsApp or by email and we will quote a lower rate.

Why only one slot?

A single long slot is the simplest way to lighten a grip. It takes steel out of the handle without breaking up the outline, leaves a smooth surface for the palm and is easy to clean. At 122 g, the knife is light without feeling flimsy.

Is this a good first throwing knife?

A sensible one: a plain spear point and a simple slotted grip, with no decorative points to catch on the release. Buy at least three of the same model so every throw in a round behaves alike, and begin a few paces from a soft wooden target. As with all Pakistan knives in our throwing range, it is one solid piece.

Carry & safety

Is it legal to carry a knife like this?

Importers and distributors face two sets of rules: those governing what may be brought into a country, and those governing who may buy and carry a knife once it arrives. Throwing knives are sometimes listed separately from other blades in both. Check the import and sales regulations of your market before ordering, and advise end customers to look up their local carry rules. In any home, the knife belongs in a closed case out of children's reach.

Made in Sialkot

Cutting a clean slot through stainless plate

Sialkot is best known abroad for surgical instruments and footballs, and the same skills (cutting, grinding and polishing steel accurately) run through its cutlery workshops. For throwing knives from Pakistan like this one, the work starts with flat stainless plate: the outline and the long grip slot are cut out, then the edges are ground and smoothed so no sharp lip remains inside the slot.

A slot like this looks simple, but it has to sit squarely on the knife's centreline; let it drift to one side and the thrower spins with a wobble. Final finishing evens out the surface and leaves a clean area for a private-label mark.

Rounding out a slotted-grip order

One thrower rarely leaves the shop alone: once customers find a model they like, they want more for later rounds or a different grip to compare. Alongside this stainless steel Pakistan knife, a grip sampler might include:

Spear-Point Throwing Knife with Triple Slot Grip: the same spear point with three angled slots instead of one long one, for throwers who like more texture under the fingers.
Spear-Point Throwing Knife with Six-Oval Cutout Grip: a row of six ovals along the grip and almost the same weight in hand.
Spear-Point Throwing Knife with Ring Pommel Grip: a ring at the end of the handle, handy for hanging the knife between rounds.
