Questions & answers

Private label orders: lock, price and logo

Does the lock mechanism feel secure?

Check it the way your customers will. Open the 10.5 cm blade to its full extent; it should stop firmly and stay put when you press the spine gently. Look for side-to-side play: there should be none. Close it with a deliberate push and see that the edge settles centred in the teak. On a branded run, test a few knives from each carton.

What is the price of a branded stainless knife?

The price at the top of the page is for one standard knife, in rupees for visitors in Pakistan. Private-label orders are quoted separately, because the rate depends on the quantity and the marking; send us your logo and numbers by WhatsApp or email and we will come back with a price.

Where does our logo go?

On the blade, in place of our own mark, which suits retail ranges, corporate gifts and promotional orders. Tell us the size and position you have in mind, and we will confirm what fits on the 10.5 cm blade.

Pro tip

Simplify the logo before it goes on steel

Fine lines and tiny lettering that look sharp on a business card can blur when marked on a blade. Send a clean, single-colour version of your logo, ideally as vector artwork, and avoid small text inside the design. Bold, simple marks read best on folding pocket knives, especially on a 10.5 cm blade like this one.

How to use

Showing a new owner how to open and close it

Branded knives often go to people who rarely use one, so a quick demonstration at a handover or event is worthwhile:

  1. Hold the teak handle in one hand and pull the blade open by the spine with the other, until it stops.
  2. Check that it is fully open before cutting anything.
  3. Cut away from the body, keeping the free hand behind the edge.
  4. To close, hold the handle, push the spine with the flat of the palm and keep the fingers out of the slot.

That short routine makes a Pakistan stainless knife given as a corporate present a safe one as well.

Quality check

Quality checks for a branded batch

When your logo is on the blade, every knife in the carton speaks for your company, so check a sample from each box:

  • The logo is sharp, centred and identical on every knife.
  • The blade opens fully and closes centred in the 12 cm handle.
  • The teak is free of cracks, with consistent colour across the batch, allowing for natural variation.
  • The edge is sharp along the whole 10.5 cm blade.

Buyers importing knives from Pakistan under their own name usually agree on these points before production, so both sides work to the same standard.
