About this knife

A charging grey rhino, horn forward, is set in rubber on the side of this 12 cm black metal handle. The raised-dot texture around it gives the hand something to hold on to, and the metal frame gives the knife a solid, balanced feel at 142 g.

The 11 cm drop-point blade is satin-finished stainless steel. Press the flipper tab and the assisted opening does the rest, so the knife opens cleanly with one hand.

The rhino is the most understated mascot of the series and a favourite for buyers who want a pocket knife with character but no bright colours. Supplied wholesale, made in Pakistan.

Everyday extras for the rhino

Understated knives attract people who carry them daily, so pair this EDC knife with practical extras rather than gift packaging:

Questions & answers

Rhino folder: what buyers ask first

Does the lock mechanism feel secure?

Check three things when it arrives. Open: a press on the flipper tab should take the blade all the way out to a solid stop. Hold: gripping the raised-dot handle, the blade should not shift when nudged gently in any direction. Close: it should need a definite, deliberate movement. Pass all three and the action is sound; if one fails, contact us.

What price does the rhino knife sell at in Pakistan?

Visitors in Pakistan see the rupee price for one knife at the top of the page and can buy it through WhatsApp. For quantities, the cost per knife decreases; send us your numbers by WhatsApp or email and we will reply with wholesale terms.

Why choose the rhino over the brighter mascots?

Because it blends in. Grey on black keeps the knife discreet in an office or workshop, while the charging rhino still gives it character. As a stainless Pakistan pocket knife, it does the same everyday work as the others in the series.

Made in Sialkot

Why the rhino is moulded, not printed

Printed designs can rub off a handle with steady pocket carry. That is why the rhino on this knife is moulded: badges of this type are usually made by filling a metal mould one colour at a time, then curing it with heat so each colour runs through the full thickness. The finished medallion is set into the 12 cm black metal handle.

The raised dots around it are part of the metalwork, giving the hand grip and the knife its solid, balanced feel at 142 g. Sialkot's makers combine this kind of moulding with traditional blade grinding, and the result is a Pakistan knife whose decoration lasts as long as its 11 cm drop-point blade.
